Can h2x be in Different Languages ?
h2x is only available in English at the moment. Support for more languages is being considered for future. Please refer to the Feature Request Portal
Significant Quantities of Pipework in the Reports
If there are unexplainable quantities of pipework you have noticed in the Bill of Materials, this could be due to:
Wrong Height for the Pipes/Ducts
Wrong Height for the Inlet/Outlet of the Equipment (ASHP, Radiator, Flow Source and etc.,)
In Results tab, you may turn on Height Above Floor to spot any design discrepancies, and in Design tab you may also review the Inlet/Outlet Heights set for various pieces of Equipment
Missing Pipe Sizes ?
If any of the Pipe sizes are missing from your design - please check:
Minimum Pipe Sizesetting in theSystemsSettingsPipesizes select for a particular system underSettings>Systems>View SizesPipe Material and the manufacturer selected for that

Shared Projects
Please note this section does not apply to Sharing Links - it only refers to Users with Design seats making amendments on the same project but from different Organizations. It's not possible at the moment to have a shared project between two Organizations, where changes are required on both ends: However, h2x can internally transfer projects between different Organizations. Please contact HelpHub (blue book icon in the bottom right corner) & Report an Issue or ask for a live chat.
Please note h2x can transfer original projects or copies of the original project
How to Measure Distance Between 2 Points ?
To measure distance between two points: Custom Scaling function in the PDF properties pop up window may be used, where you can select Point A and Point B - h2x will calculate distance in the input field of the Custom Scale tab.
Alternatively you may draw a Pipe/Duct in any of the workflows & check its Length.
How to Change Text for Building Loads ?
It's not possible at the moment to change the size of the Building Information (Results View drop down menu tick boxes in Floor Plan mode). The text scales with the size of the Building.
Does h2x Do Electric Calculations ?
h2x at the moment does not do electrical calculations, it is something being considered down the line.

Underfloor Heating Related FAQ
Zero Division Error Message
Zero Division error message is a bug related to the Underfloor Heating module. Heated Areas (Partitions), Unheated Areas and other UFH elements may cause this. It may be fixed by redoing specific Heated Areas, Unheated Areas or other UFH related design elements, but it's best to contact support via HelpHub & selecting Report an Issue.
Underfloor Heating Loop Lengths
To enable or disable Underfloor Heating Loop Lengths for either Rooms or Partitions, please refer to the Floor Plan Tab. Select the Results View and on the drop down menu & there will be a filter to enable or disable loop lengths.
Why My Loops are not populating the Room / Partition ?
If the Loops are not populating the Room / Heated Area (Partition), one of the reasons could be that the Walls are External. For the Loops or Transit Pipe to reach it's desired location - the Walls have to detect organically as Internal without manually overriding. Sometimes this involves making a "Passthrough" at the Door if the Walls are thick for example:
