PDF Export
The PDF Export feature allows you to create a downloadable PDF of your project.
How to Export
Navigate to the Export
screen and click the Export
button adjacent to the PDF.
Customizing the PDF - Left Toolbar
Choose the Mode - Water, Fire, Gas, Heating or Cooling, Drainage, or Ventilation (The selected mode will determine the data included in the PDF).
Set the
Paper Size
for the export.Select the
Scale
for the export to control the size of elements on the page.Adjust
Detail
to set the line thickness in the export.Modify
Annotation Font Size
if you’ve added annotations and want to adjust their readability.Set the
PDF Transparency
to control the transparency of the PDF background (a lighter background can help make your system components stand out more).For
Rooms Below Transparency
, adjust this setting if you have heat load rooms drawn and want to control their visibility or transparency.Choose whether to include a
Cover Sheet
for a professional title page.Toggle Floor Plans
(background PDF) on or off to include or exclude the background floor plan.Adjust
Override and Highlighted Components
to control the visibility of overridden or highlighted components.Under
Heat Load Info
, select what information you want displayed for rooms, such as room names, volumes, or heat load values.

Warnings
If you want to export as a
Heatmap
, choose that from the optionsSelect any
Schedules
you want to include on the drawing:- Scale as needed.
- Choose if the should display all levels.
- Turn headings on/off with the buttons
- Drag the schedule around on the page to a location that suits
Customizing the PDF - Bottom Toolbar
Set a
Title Block
- Custom, Horizontal, Vertical, or Hidden(This title block is auto-filled with company and project information from your settings).
Enabling
Custom
PDF Exports will allow you to use the PDF Exports you created in the Settings(You can then choose which of the following you want to include - Inc. Cover Sheets, Inc. Title Block, Inc. Appendices).
Use the
Levels Scroll
to preview how each level will look in the PDF.Once you’ve configured all settings, click
Export This Level
to export the current level orExport All Levels
to export all levels of the project as a multi-page PDF.
