Viewing Your Organization’s Details

To view your organization details, click your Username in the top right corner and select Organization from the drop-down menu.

Here, you can view key information such as your Company Name, Address, and Phone number.

Editing Your Organization’s Details

You can edit various aspects of your Organization’s profile:

  • Company Name, Address, and Phone number:

    • Click on these fields to make changes

      • You need to subscribe to h2x before being able to edit some fields such i.e. to change your Organization name from 'Free Account'

  • Logos: 

    • Upload a Square Logo and/or Rectangular Logo. 

These details will appear on your exported documents, adding your Organization’s branding to each file.

Moving or Merging Your Organization

If you need to move or merge your organization, please contact h2x support via the HelpHub in the bottom right corner of the screen.

If your Organization shows 'Free Account' when your Organization is a subscriber of h2x - it is because you signed up via the Free Trial workflow rather than being invited by your Organization's manager in h2x.
