Pipe Sizing Method
Choose between three options for pipe sizing:
Maximum Velocity: Ensures the pipe does not exceed a set maximum velocity.
Maximum Pressure Drop: Ensures the pipe does not exceed a set maximum pressure drop.
Maximum Velocity and Pressure Drop: Ensures the pipe does not exceed a set maximum on both velocity and pressure drop.
Pressure Loss Method
Select between:
Based on all System Component’s Specific Pressure Loss: Calculates pressure loss based on all components, such as pipes, fittings, and valves, for accurate results.
Percentage on Top of Pipe Lengths Only: Adds a set percentage (e.g., 10-20%) on top of the pipe lengths only, useful when fittings and valves are not fully modelled.
