Pipe Sizing Method

Choose between three options for pipe sizing:

  1. Maximum Velocity: Ensures the Pipe does not exceed a set Maximum Velocity.

  2. Maximum Pressure Drop: Ensures the Pipe does not exceed a set Maximum Pressure Drop.

  3. Maximum Velocity and Pressure Drop: Ensures the Pipe does not exceed a set maximum on both Velocity and Pressure Drop.

Pressure Loss Method

Select between:

  1. Based on all System Component’s Specific Pressure Loss: Calculates pressure loss based on all components, such as Pipes, Fittings, and Valves, for accurate results.

  2. Percentage on Top of Pipe Lengths Only: Adds a set percentage (e.g., 10-20%) on top of the pipe lengths only, useful when Fittings and Valves are not fully modelled.
