to place the first point/corner of your room. The outlines of lower-level rooms will appear as grey overlays on the current level. Use these outlines to align rooms accurately across floors and maintain consistency in the building layout.
Define Dimensions:
Move your cursor towards the second point/corner of the roof/vaulted ceiling and

If the blue dashed autofill line appears, it indicates automatic alignment to adjacent roof/vaulted ceiling.
You can not avoid autofill behavior from happening, so to prevent it, draw in a different sequence.
Modifying Roof/Vaulted Ceiling
Move a Roof/Vaulted Ceiling:
Click and drag the roof/vaulted ceiling to reposition it within the design workspace.
You can only move a single roof/vaulted ceiling at a time.
Adjust Edges:

Roof/Vaulted Ceiling Properties
Once a roof/vaulted ceiling is placed, you can adjust the following properties in the Properties
panel:
Name: Identifier for the roof.
Color: For visual clarity in the design workspace.
Roof Material: This value, taken from the
Heat Load
settings, is critical for heat load calculations.External Wall Material: Specifies the material of any external walls supporting the roof.
The materials determine the U-value.
U-Value: This value, taken from the
Heat Load
settings, represents thermal conductivity, typically linked to the window material.Roof Type: A range of roof shapes are available.
Flat if the default setting, suitable for flat roofs or if the roof is insulated from an upper ceiling.
Rotate: Allows adjustment of the roof's orientation. Use the rotation tool to align the roof as required in the design layout.
Height: Sets dimensions of the roof in relation to the image of the roof type.
