Design custom title blocks, cover pages and appendices that can be applied to your PDF Exports

Creating a Custom Page
Start a New Page:
Click
Create New Page
and select from the following types of pages.Cover Page: Appears at the beginning of the PDF.
Title Block: Displays on all level layouts.
Appendix: Appears at the end of the PDF.
Choose a Template:
There are a range of template options available.
Blank Page with Margins
Completely Blank Page
Basic Title Block (editable template).
Choose a Paper Size:
Select the appropriate paper size (this is non-editable after creation)
Name and Configuration:
Assign a name in the top-left corner of the editor.
Adjust page type (cover page, title block, or appendix) if needed.
Set a Layer Index:
Determine the layering order if multiple custom pages overlap on the same PDF sheet (higher values appear above lower ones).
Choose the Workflows:
Specify applicable workflows (e.g., heating and cooling) that you want the PDF Export to apply to.
PDF Export Editing Tools
Draw Lines or Polylines:
Left-click
to set start and end points.Press
Escape
to finish drawing polylines.Modify X/Y coordinates for precise alignment.
Add Rectangles:
Draw shaded backgrounds by
Left-clicking
where you want the opposite corners.Customize dimensions and apply colors via the properties menu.
Modify X/Y coordinates for precise alignment.
Upload Images:
Insert images and adjust size and position by clicking and dragging the image.
Use the properties menu for further alignment and scaling.
Insert Text Boxes:
Click anywhere on the page to add text.
Resize the text box width using drag functions when its selected.
Adjust properties like:
X/Y coordinates for alignment.
Font size and style (normal, bold, italic).
Alignment (left, center, or right).
For multiple text styles, use separate text boxes.
Insert Project/Company Data:
Use predefined placeholders (e.g., project name, client name) for dynamic fields linked to project or company settings.
Align and style using X/Y coordinates and text properties.
