Share Project

Internal Sharing

Navigate to the toolbar at the top of your screen and click on Share.

Internal Sharing is for users within your Organization.

General Access & Specific Access

Here Full Access, View Only or No Access for the project can be assigned:

  • Full Access: All Users in your Organization have access. Users can view or edit based on their Seat.

  • View Only: All Users in your Organization can view. Owner, managers and added users can edit.

    • Under Specific Access a User may be added for editing purposes.

  • No Access: Project owner and managers only. Added users can view or edit.

    • Under Specific Access a User may be added for viewing or editing purposes.

Public Sharing

The Share (Public Sharing link) allows you to create a link to a View-Only version of your project.

This link is ideal for sharing with stakeholders who need to review the project but don’t require editing access.

Note the link does not expire, and it stays up to date with any changes you make to your project.

How to Use

The recipient does not need an h2x account to access the project.

After clicking the link, the recipient will have full viewing capabilities, allowing the recipient to:

  • Switch between different modes (Water, Heating, Drainage, and Ventilation).

  • View all Results with zoom capabilities and hover over individual components for details.

  • Enable or disable Warnings.

  • Use Heatmaps to visualize data.

  • Toggle Filters on and off to customize their view of the project.
