Editing an Uploaded PDF
Crop
Ensure the PDF is unlocked by clicking the
Padlock
icon next toUpload PDF
Select the PDF you want to crop
Adjust the crop box by dragging the edges
Replace
Ensure the PDF is unlocked by clicking the
Padlock
icon next toUpload PDF
Click on the PDF you want to replace
Select
Replace Current PDF
Upload the new file
The new PDF will replace the previous one, maintaining the same settings and position
Align
Toggle on βSwitch Grid Linesβ in the bottom toolbar to show a single crosshair for precise alignment
Ensure the PDF is unlocked by clicking the

Click on the PDF you want to move
Move the PDF by clicking and dragging the PDF to the new location
If you want to move the PDF with a design that is already drawn on top of it, hold Ctrl
on your keyboard before you start to move it.

Merge
Merging PDFs is helpful when a large floor plan is split across multiple PDFs.
Merging/combining them provides a single layout for the entire plan.
Ensure the PDF is unlocked by clicking the

Crop
each PDF to a shared reference point, like a common gridline or building edge, for alignmentDrag them so their common edges touch, creating a continuous, unified layout
Overlay
PDFs stack in the order uploaded, with the first one on the bottom.
To layer effectively, start by uploading the base PDF, then separately upload each additional PDF to layer on top.
Overlaying PDFs is helpful when you need to layer multiple plans, such as placing smaller building layouts over a larger site plan.
Copy & Paste
Ensure the PDF is unlocked by clicking the
Padlock

Click the PDF you want to copy
Select
Copy
from the bottom toolbar (or use keyboard shortcuts)On the level you want to paste it to, select
Paste
from the bottom toolbar (or use keyboard shortcuts)The duplicate PDF will appear, ready to be positioned/aligned
Scaling
You can scale PDFs using either the Standard Scale
option (for common paper sizes and scales ) or the Custom Scale
(where the paper size or scale is unknown).
Standard Scale
Ensure the PDF is unlocked by clicking the
Padlock

Click on the PDF to select it
Choose
Standard Scale
Pick your scale (e.g.,
1:100
) and paper size (e.g.,A1
) from the dropdown listClick
Update Scale
This automatically resizes the PDF to match the selected scale
Custom Scale
